Do you like the idea of champagne playing a focal point to your big day?  Then a champagne tower may just be what you are looking for.  Using elegant glasses that the bubbly can flow easily down this can look striking but also excite your guests into taking more than a few sips.  Use large bottles or magnums and ensure the server at your venue is experienced in the set up.
